I’m so frustrated with life right now. I literally want to scream until I’m hoarse. I nearly did that today. I screamed loudly - but not until I was hoarse. I think I freaked out a student of a co-worker.

Being a teacher has to be one of the hardest jobs in the world...what grade do you teach? Good luck and I hope you feel better soon, sometimes a good scream is worth it.

Reading your list reminds me why I retired in 2001 after 34 years in the classroom, but I'll bet when you calm down ... you can come up with at least 13 reasons why you show up every day to work with Middle School kids, right? It's a matter of perspective and what you choose to focus on. Don't let the turkeys get you down! Hang in there and do what you can with what you have where you are. These kids matter and they need you.
