So, I emailed one of the organizers of the Blogathon.org/">Blogathon and told her I'd volunteer to be a Site Monitor. I mean, honestly, what else am I going to do for 24 hours? ^___^

So, she assigned me to the 'They Might Be Site Monitors' team. I need to find my They Might Be Giants CD so I can listen to it incessantly. ^_______^
The team leader for the team is a guy by the name of Chris. I went by his blog and left a note. Should be a fun time for all, eh?

Oh. D! Get your butt in here. You know you have to do a guest post or two on this thing!

So, for the Blogathon.org/">Blogathon - I think I am going to be blogging with a group of people. Well. Two. Maybe. Could be. Perhaps? We'll see. (yes, dammit, I'm rambling today!!)

One - Jen, the GreekGoddess
She seems pretty cool, from the small conversation I've had with her so far. She's a bit older than me, but who cares? I think she shares my bizarre sense of humor. ::grins::

Two - Erin, the mighty Danalyn
She also seems really cool. She's expecting at the moment, so I haven't really talked to her yet. However - I went to her blog and anyone who can take that picture - go, you'll see - and joke about feet . . . yeah. She's got to be like me. ::grins::

So - we'll probably have some more conversations after Erin there has her daughter. Poor thing. I hope she comes before Tuesday, Erin!

So those are my new people. I like 'em. Irreverent and off the wall. Just like me. It's going to be a hell of a time.

So - it's a strange Friday. I sit here at home, pondering what to do with myself. Well, that's not so strange. Perhaps what's so strange is that I am once more in my blog, writing about it. I have to admit, I've missed my dear little blog here. *pats it*

Anyway. I got to meet someone from online this week. That was pretty cool. We've only been talking about it for six years. *chuckles* He drove up on Wednesday to meet me. Short visit, but it was worth it. Hoping he'll come back some day. *grins* It was really nice, actually. We didn't go out and party the night away, but neither of us was in the mood to go hunt down a party in the middle of the week. So, South Park, Chinese food, and thee. Ahhhh. It was quite satisfying, actually.

And I - yes I - have done all the laundry. And vacuumed. And cleaned up the office and my bedroom. I do hope Hell is still toasty. *grins*

Um, I'll be doing the blog-a-thon this year, so stay tuned for that. I might make a separate blog for that, so I'll need a nifty layout. If you have good layout sites, do send 'em my way.

Mmmmm. I think I'll leave with this thought . . .
